Commercial Cookwares is a blog about commercial quality cookware and all other restaurants, bakery, and institutional cooking equipment. All aspects of cookware types, methods of cleaning, construction, and utility are covered. My goal is to educate chefs, amateur and professional, about the products available.
I never was a professional cook and does not claim to be. I was raised in a bakery where the equipment and methods had been handed down for over 100 years. I learned about restaurant equipment and commercial cookware at a young age. My education included extensive learning in machine trades where I learned the properties of metal and many different manufacturing processes. I’ve been employed in various restaurants and businesses connected to the commercial food industry.
