Commercial Cookware is a blog about commercial quality cookware and all other restaurant, bakery, and institutional cooking equipment. All aspects of cookware types, methods of cleaning, construction and utility are covered. My goal is to educate chefs, amateur and professional, about the products available.

Mark Spearman is the website owner. He never was a professional cook and does not claim to be. He was raised in a bakery where the equipment and methods had been handed down for over 100 years. He learned about restaurant equipment and commercial cookware at a young age. His education included extensive learning in machine trades where he learned the properties of metal and many different manufacturing processes. He’s been employed in various restaurants and businesses connected to the commercial food industry.
